substandard air conditioning limited buffet

The air conditioning was substandard. The room became uncomfortably warm, I asked about it. The staff suggested opening a window, a solution I found inadequate given the price. Breakfast also lacked variety. The buffet offered limited choices. More options should be available considering the hotel's reputation.

unfriendly staff coffee packet

The location was good at a reasonable price.

The staff didn't seem very NICE. I tried some German, but apparently it wasn't good enough. We wanted extra coffee, but they only gave us one packet each the first morning. I had to ASK for another packet the second day.

amazing Stay, wonderful Hotel!

quiet neighborhood easy connection public transport clean hotel

i stayed for several nights and just loved the location. It was in a quieter neighborhood, away from main tourist areas. public transport access was easy.. everything i needed was close. The hotel was very clean.

the elevator is small. It did not fit a wheelchair with a person inside.

The room decor was lovely. The bed and sheets seemed like sleeping on clouds. Multi-function plug sockets, including British-style ones, were available, and a fridge was very useful to store some items.

my room had a good size bedroom and bathroom near the city center. both areas were clean too. the hotel sits on a very quiet road.

the fridge did not work in my room i reported this with no action taken. the air conditioning was not working. they also had a doggy kettle i did not request.

the location was convenient, with the city center easily accessible (only a short walk away). the staff members were helpful and professional .
